A large part of our work is focused on land, development sites, future residential blocks, acreage with subdivision potential and off-market opportunities.

We help clients understand the important questions before they commit: Is the land titled? What will it cost to make the site ready? What can realistically be built? Are there service connections or other site costs to consider?

We have sold 47.5 acres across 11 suburbs, with much of our experience across Munno Para, Angle Vale, Kudla and Evanston Gardens.

Buyers agent

Looking for the right development site, investment property or off-market opportunity?

Our buyers agent service puts someone on your side of the transaction. We can help identify opportunities, assess the property and negotiate with the seller, particularly where the right property may not be openly advertised.

Our approach is simple: if the property doesn’t make sense for what you want to achieve, we’ll tell you.

Property management

We look after investment properties so owners don’t have to.

Our property management service is focused on keeping your investment well managed, your tenants supported and the day-to-day responsibilities taken care of.

Our management fee is 5.5% including GST.

Selling your property

When it comes time to sell, our dedicated sales agent Dinesh Sharma specialises in property sales and works closely with vendors to achieve the best possible outcome.
